Before and After - Bedroom

Well, it's done (mostly).  

Here's a preview of the re-do of my son Petie Pie's bedroom!

Now that he's off to college, this is more of a 'guest room' (and a laundry folding area for me!)

It all started with this rug that I got on ebay, which I made into a long lumbar pillow!

And I fell in love with the design of this light fixture, which I made myself, using this faboo DIY from here:

 I made the headboard using this DIY from Sarah M. Dorsey Designs.

I swear, I wonder what did I do with my time before I began reading tutorials on the internet?!

I'll be posting more info on how I made the flanged shams, the duvet and the ikat bench seat soon!
