I'm not kidding. Have you ever heard of Facercise?
I bought this book a long time ago:
I figured, if you can work out in a gym and get a toned body, then why not 'work out' your face?
Anywho, my friends had a good laugh when I would sit with them at our kids' swim practice and I'd be doing exercises like this:
This week I was working on re-doing this chair and foot stool:
And while working, I found myself doing exercises like this:

And I realized while upholstering stuff and using different tools and what not, I'm grimacing and making faces while I do it! Hence, 'How upholstering stuff can make you look younger!'
So here's the update on the chair and the foot stool. They are fab and look like this now:
And sheesh, after doing all those exercises while upholstering, I went from looking like this:
See? Upholstery is good for you!
